Terms & Conditions Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $6.95.  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS (our option). Shipping prices are applicable to the 48 contiguous states only. Please call (do not email) to change ship-to information on an order that you have just placed. Shipping Times:Unless otherwise noted on our web site, all orders are shipped (i.e. leave our facility) within 48 hours of order placement. Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day. Normal transit time via UPS Ground or USPS is 3 to 5 days within the contiguous United States. Air Filter Express ships orders as quickly as possible.  As a result, an order that you recently placed may already have been shipped if there is any delay between the time the order is placed and the time that you call in to request any changes. Orders that have already been shipped are the responsibility of the Customer to return the merchandise for credit. Shipping Changes:Air Filter Express is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name etc.) and your package is lost, Air Filter Express is not responsible. If you enter your address incorrectly on the website, and need it re-routed by UPS to the correct address, you will be charged an additional $12.00 per carton fee to cover costs. If you contact us by phone after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modification to your shipment. If your order is lost or delivered to the incorrect address, we again are not responsible.
