Air Filter Express Lifetime Return Guarantee

Air Filter Express will refund the purchase price of any standard size filters purchased from us. Filters that are returned must be unused and undamaged when they arrive back to our warehouse.

We stress the importance of measuring your current air filter before placing an order. This will help ensure that the filter you order will be the same dimension size as the filter you are replacing. (Please Note: Many filter brands have different dimensions then the printed size stated on the filter.) Please double check if your filter is an "actual size" or "nominal size" filter, this is verified through measuring your filter. Air Filter Express can assist you with any questions before placing your Amazon order.

If you have ordered incorrectly, we will gladly give you a refund for the product price but not for the shipping cost to reship the filters back to our facility.

Filters that are received damaged must be reported within 15 days of receipt to Air Filter Express in order for us to file a UPS claim. We will ask you to place the damaged package outside your residence for UPS to come and inspect damage. We will immediately reship your product order.
